I’ve kept track of my measurements for the past 3 years so I can see exactly what my measurements were before baby number 2 and 3. Seeing how fit (or not) I was before helps me to stay motivated. My little journal is pretty much filled up so I decided I should create a log so I can just print them out as I go. Creating one also gives me the flexibility to keep track of exactly what I want as well as making it super cute with pin-up pictures all over to make me happy.
You can download the pdf file here. Save it. Use it. Share it.
Here are some tips on how to use it:
- Record your measurements once a month, preferably 1 week after your monthly cycle
- There are 2 large spaces for you to put pictures of yourself. I suggest putting one from the front view and one from a side view.
- Use this online calculator to determine your body fat %. It will give you 2 numbers, one using the US Navy calculator and the other using the YMCA calculator. You can choose either number to record, just remember which one you are choosing so that you can accurately monitor your weight loss.
