Thank you ladies for all the support on my pin-up body journey! Just wanted to give you a quick update as well as a free download to help you keep track of yours!
So since my last post
where I declared my determination to lose this baby fat the good ol’ fashioned my, I’ve lost about 6 lbs of fat, including 2″ off my waist and 2″ off my hips. Hooray! But more than that I can now feel a muscle bulge on my arms (what?!) and for the first time in my life I can a mile without stopping.
